How it works
From the old system to a new one
Replacement is for a system that has failed, or is no longer worth repairing. We remove the old system, fit a new one sized to the space, and commission it, with the electrics included. Most new systems carry a 5-year warranty.

Yes, in many cases. We will tell you if the indoor units should be replaced too. A photo of each existing unit is enough for that.
Most replacements include a 5-year warranty. We confirm the cover on the quote, together with removal of the old system and the new equipment.
Yes. The old system is removed as part of the job, the new system is commissioned, and the area is left tidy when we finish.
Yes. Like-for-like, or a quieter or larger unit if that suits the room better. You see the difference on the quote before we order anything.
The electrics are included. The new system is supplied from the board as part of the job, so you are not booking that connection separately.
